The leadership roles I have held mean that I have significant experience of developing and implementing corporate strategy, e.g. university-level strategies for student recruitment, widening participation and equality and diversity (including writing Public Sector Equality Duty reports), generating and managing external funds to support strategic objectives and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure impact. I have grown teams from 6 to 45 staff, developed staff development programmes based on training needs analysis, and managed poor performance amongst staff. I have also led an office of 70 staff through an 18-month closure process, transferring work to other offices and supporting colleagues through difficult career transitions.
